What is the meme?

This might be a niche and short-lived meme, but I thought it would be fun to mention this holiday Monday. The format goes, “do you believe you are capable of love even though you are [insert a statement a specific, yet highly engaged audience will agree with]. Mostly, this has included geographical locations as well as professions. As my algorithm is attuned to journalists, my memes have been very journalism/D.C.-centric!
