A 13-month-old baby girl. Her mom spoke about the video to Rolling Stone. She also recreated the moment on ABC News.

Why is the meme?
Tiktoker Andra Berghoff, who has experience working in childcare and as a nanny, broke the video down. “The first thing that surprised a lot of people is the cognitive awareness of this baby,” she said. “The ‘m’ sound in ‘me’ is really difficult for most young children to grasp.” Andra said the baby also displayed a “very fine motor skill” when she pointed up.
