What is the meme?

Taylor Swift released her eleventh studio album, The Tortured Poets Department, as well as the doubled edition, The Tortured Poets Department: Anthology on Friday. The internet exploded into analysis, bringing Joe Alwyn, Matty Healy, Charlie Puth, Lucy Dacus, Travis Kelce, Jack Antonoff, and Kim Kardashian into it.
