When did the meme pop up?
Around the beginning of December.
Where is the meme?
TikTok with screengrabs or variations making their way to other platforms.
Why is the meme?
“On its own, its is a pretty blatant example of how TikTok’s popular meme formats allow creators to connect over moments that only become funny with time,” CT Jones wrote for Rolling Stone. “Another reason why the meme has gotten so big is because it’s a humorous avenue for people to discuss, and joke, about their discontent and problems with the U.S healthcare system.”
